Moms In Touch Arise! Cry Out! November 14, 2009

Moms In Touch International is celebrating 25 years of encouraging moms to pray for children and schools. What started as a cry of one mom’s heart for her children who were going to a public junior high school has expanded to include an estimated 175,000 moms throughout the United States and in 132 countries.

To celebrate the special anniversary, Moms In Touch International is hosting a historic four hour prayer event entitled Arise! Cry Out!, inviting Christian women from around the world to fast and pray for the generations.

Arise! Cry Out! will be an amazing time of passionate prayer led by Moms In Touch International Founder & President Fern Nichols, Pastor Miles McPherson (founder of Miles Ahead Ministries and pastor of the Rock Church in San Diego) and the worship team Crimson Bridge.
A live event took place October 9th and 10th at the 3,500-seat Rock Church in San Diego which featured a time of praise, inspiration and prayer for children and schools. The event was professionally recorded and will be used at Host Sites throughout the United States and in countries around the globe on November 14th, to facilitate a time of extraordinary prayer for children and schools.

Here in the St. Louis area on Saturday, November 14th, Arise! Cry Out! will be hosted by six area churches from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register at www.momsintouch.org.
