Educational Policy Conference Set for
January 24-26, 2008
By Jim Day
Ever wonder what’s happening to America’s
goodness and greatness? How and why have the schools and media turned students
and parents against this goodness and greatness? Do you wish you could turn our
angry, divided nation into ‘America the Beautiful’ once again? Are you concerned
about our national sovereignty and security at home and abroad?
Then you need to attend The Constitutional
Coalition’s 19th Annual Educational
Policy Conference set for January 24-26. The primary theme of this year’s
conference will be “Liberty and the Pursuit of
Happiness.”
The conference starts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday,
January 24th at the Hilton-St. Louis Frontenac with a dinner presentation by
Dinesh D’Souza as the featured speaker and concludes at 5 p.m. on Saturday,
January 26th. Some 20 plus powerful
speakers will address the threats of deadly beliefs and lifestyles (Radical
Islam, homosexuality, etc.), the bondage of poisoned education (journalism
schools, campus killers, etc.), and the encroaching poverty for all (Global
warming, multiculturalism, etc.). Speakers will also provide proven ideas for
change that will inspire and instruct! Here’s
a list of just some of invited speakers:
* Dinesh D’Souza one of the top young
public-policy makers and most influential conservative thinkers in America.
* M. Stanton Evans, founder of the National Journalism Center in
Washington, D.C. which has trained over 1600 people to go into the media, who will
cover the media and educational elites’ cover-up of history.
* Expert on radical Islam Dr. Alvin Schmidt who
will explain Sharia law vs. the U.S. Constitution, how Sharia law is pushing
aside our Constitution, and how our students are being primed to accept it.
* Victoria Hughes, founder of the Bill of
Rights Foundation, who will encourage us with how some schools are teaching the
Declaration and Constitution.
* Scientist Chris Horner, author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to Global
Warming, will infuriate us with the lies we are being fed regarding man-made
global warming.
* Historian Stephen Mcdowell, author of Apostle of Liberty, who will excite you through his presentation entitled “The
World-Changing Leadership of George Washington.”
* Laura Kostial who will show you how to “Activate
the Community about Sexually-Explicit Library Books.”
* English teacher Laura Higgins, author of Subversive Sexuality in American Society,
who will reveal what is really happening to students in English classes in ‘English
101’.
* John West of the Discovery Institute who will
be talking about Darwin Day in America.
* Dr. Sandra Stolsky of the presidentially
appointed National Math Council will be making a presentation.
* Debbie Brezina, author of The Spirit of Churchill, will be speaking.
