North Central Accreditation

South Side Christian School (SSCS) has been granted accreditation
with the North Central Association (NCA) Commission on Accreditation
and School Improvement. This achievement recognizes the high educational
standards of the school and the professional excellence of its teachers.
Principal Art Morgan reports that “we were able to complete the
accreditation requirements in one year because the groundwork had been
laid by previous teachers and administrators.
To me, NCA accreditation means that parents can bring their children
to South Side Christian School with complete confidence in our educational
program.”
South Side Christian School first gained accreditation with the
Association of Christian Tachers and Schools one year ago.
Through a co-accreditation agreement between The Commission on
International and Trans-Regional Accreditation and the National Council
for Private School Accreditation, SSCS applied for North Central accreditation. Official notification of the NCA accreditation
was received in June, 2007.
South Side Christian School is an accredited K-8 school, located
in South County near the intersection of I-270 and I-55.
The school is currently enrolling students in all grades for
the 2007-2008 school years. For
