The 15th Anniversary Season of Promise Keeper’s will be celebrated in St. Louis with The Awakening: An Unpredictable Adventure on Friday and Saturday, July 29th and 30th. Friday's program will run from 6:30 p.m. to10 p.m., with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. On Saturday, the doors will open at 7:30 a.m. and the program will run from 9 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Savvis Center located at 1401 Clark, Savvis Center which is just off I-64 (US 40). Admission for the Promise Keeper’s Conference is $89 for adults and $69 for youth. There are group rates for 10 or more made before arriving at the conference. The production is set during the tumultuous period of World War II and includes Rockwell’s story as well as fictional characters whose lives have been changed by the war. From a humorous song about giving up nylon stockings to a moving song about man’s passionate desire to serve his country, the score covers the range of emotion and experiences of the War era.
